This policy covers the MyStylePilot mobile app, the app.mystylepilotapp.com web app and the mystylepilotapp.com website. The data controller is Baytech Labs (contact: info@mystylepilotapp.com). Your rights under the GDPR and applicable law are reserved.

Data we process

Account data (e-mail, name, language, country); wardrobe records and clothing photos; outfits, calendar, wear history, trips, wishlist and notes; optional style profile and sizes; optional full-length photos (virtual try-on only, with your explicit consent); the city or approximate location you choose for weather; subscription status; technical logs (security and debugging).

Purposes

Providing the service, running AI features, managing subscriptions and allowances, sending the notifications you ask for, keeping the service secure and meeting legal obligations.

Artificial intelligence

When you use an AI feature, the relevant photos and records are sent only for that action to our AI provider (Google Gemini API). Your photos are not used for ad targeting, not sold and not used to train AI models without your permission.

Sharing

Your wardrobe is private by default. Only share links you create show the outfits you chose, and you can revoke them any time. Our processors: hosting (our server in Turkey), AI (Google), payments (Apple, Google, RevenueCat), e-mail delivery, weather (Open-Meteo; coordinates only).

Retention

Data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account your records and files are deleted; records required by law (e.g. payment records) may be kept for the legal period.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete and port your data and object to processing. Export everything as a zip in the app, delete try-on photos and delete your account. Requests: info@mystylepilotapp.com.

Children

MyStylePilot is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We announce material changes in the app.
