Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MyStylePilot (Baytech Labs) account and associated data at any time.

Delete from the app

In the MyStylePilot app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account; after you enter your password and confirm, your account and all your data are permanently deleted.

If you can't access the app

Email info@mystylepilotapp.com from your account's email address with the subject 'Account deletion'. After we verify your identity, we delete your account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Your account details (email, name), wardrobe records and clothing photos, outfits, calendar and wear history, trips, wish list, notes, style profile and virtual try-on photos are permanently deleted.

Data that is kept

Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment/invoice records) may be retained for the period required by law (typically up to 10 years) and are deleted afterwards. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days.
